Mallee Child & Family Services Strategic Plan 2019-2022

In April 2019 the Mallee Child and Family Services Alliance engaged Local Logic Place to develop a strategic plan to inform catchment planning and Alliance development. As a part of that process, executive members of the Alliance were interviewed to seek their input into the health of the Alliance, using the DHHS Internal Review of Alliance Health template.
An online survey captured the voices of family services workers into the planning process and a planning workshop assisted with testing and refining key themes and strategic priorities.
