Swan Hill Rural City Council Early to Middle Years Municipal Plan (2020)

Commencing in 2019 Local Logic Place undertook the research and development of Swan Hill Rural City Council’s first formally adopted Municipal Early-Middle Years Plan and accompanying background papers.

Extensive community consultation ensured almost 1,200 community voices informed the development of the Municipal Early-Middle Years Plan. The plan will guide partnership, advocacy, professional practice, infrastructure develop and service design and delivery for the next 10 years across the Swan Hill LGA.
