{"id":1332,"date":"2019-07-06T10:06:22","date_gmt":"2019-07-06T10:06:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/locallogicplace.com.au\/?p=1332"},"modified":"2020-07-06T10:07:17","modified_gmt":"2020-07-06T10:07:17","slug":"mentoring-in-schools-project-north-central-local-learning-employment-network-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/locallogicplace.com.au\/work\/community-planning\/2019\/1332\/","title":{"rendered":"Mentoring in Schools Project-North Central Local Learning &#038; Employment Network (2019)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The North Central Local Learning and Employment Network (NCLLEN) engaged Local Logic Place to undertake a review of its member schools to better understand how it could support the school-based mentoring programs that were in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schools who were actively running mentoring programs and schools who were interested in starting up a program were invited to share their thoughts about successes, challenges, gaps and ideas for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seven schools were engaged in the consultation process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Wycheproof P-12 College<\/li><li>Wedderburn College<\/li><li>Donald High School<\/li><li>Pyramid Hill College<\/li><li>East Loddon P-12 College<\/li><li>Birchip P-12 School<\/li><li>St. Arnaud Secondary College<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, a small number of mentors were invited to share their views on what was working well, what wasn\u2019t and what could be strengthened from their point of view.
